If you’ve been following along since I first posted back in January about this contest, the results are finally in and I’m so excited to share them with you! This was the first year I entered the Shoot & Share photo contest and I was quickly hooked. 

Sweet girl, Millie was in the studio recently for her 4 month milestone session! I love these sessions because its so fun to see how they have changed since their newborn photos!

I have been so looking forward to Chris and Holly’s engagement session since she booked me. She is just the sweetest bride-to-be! They were both home from Nashville for the holidays and braved the cold for a snowy engagement session squeezed into their busy schedule!

Sweet Emalyn’s arrival was an anticipated one! Her parents are friends of ours and I was so excited for them to welcome a baby girl after having twin boys! She was just the sweetest thing for her Fresh 48 session just 4 hours after her birth! <3

These two braved some cold temps and frigid wind for some great wedding day shots! Kendra booked me to cover their day starting with her getting ready at The North Place near Hull, IA. This adorable little farmhouse has the perfect bed and breakfast feel and makes the perfect bridal suite! Kendra got ready in the loft bedroom upstairs and we got some gorgeous images. 

When Angela booked me for her wedding I was thrilled to hear she was planning a New Year’s Eve wedding! I mean as if weddings weren’t already a party why not have one on New Years Eve?! My excitement was a bit shaken when we found out we were expecting another baby and I was due just 2 weeks after Mitch and Angela’s wedding date. I reached out to her and she was just the sweetest thing. She congratulated us and was so chill about the entire thing. We made a plan for me to hire another photographer as a backup for me just in case something came up. I was so grateful she still was up for me shooting their wedding day, even if I was largely pregnant! 

Baby Drake was so good to me at his newborn session! I loved his fluffy hair and long fingers and toes!

I met with Tina and Fernando at the gorgeous Palisades State Park for their maternity session. They were troopers hiking around the breathtaking rock and trails for some amazing shots. It is a remarkable place to see!
