I'm here to capture every stage, memory, and milestone. let's preserve them all.
Let's be honest: those first weeks (and even months) after your baby is born can be a complete blur. From sleepless nights and tender feedings to diaper changes and sweet snuggles, the newborn days pass by so quickly, and it’s no wonder that you barely remember those tiny details. Let’s document the details, freezing them in beautiful photographs, so that you never forget the joy that comes with expanding your family.
In order to serve all of your needs during this special time in your life, both types of sessions offer full-service access to my client closet and to my newborn props and styling collections as well as my Newborn Prep Guide and Questionnaire.
Unsure of when exactly the baby will arrive? I’ve been there! We’ll work together to schedule your session between 6-15 days after your baby’s birthday.

NEWBORN SESSIONS
what type of session should I choose?
If you choose a Full Session, both posed newborn shots (featuring a variety of poses, props, and backgrounds, provided by me) and lifestyle family photos, including siblings, are captured. At approximately two hours in length, these sessions typically take place in my studio in Hull, IA and feature an online gallery of 25-50 high-resolution images delivered via digital download. Print release is provided.
If you choose a Mini Session, only the baby will be photographed using a variety of poses, props, and backgrounds. At approximately 90 minutes in length, these sessions typically take place in my studio in Hull, IA, and feature a smaller online gallery of 15-25 high-resolution images delivered via digital download. Print release is provided.
As if time doesn't fly by fast enough, your brand new baby is crawling, walking, and then running before you’ve even had a chance to document these milestones in the baby book. Milestone Sessions are the perfect way to freeze those moments and capture what they are doing at every stage along the way. Milestone Sessions typically take place in my studio in Hull, IA; outdoor locations are available during the summer months.
Milestone Sessions with Jessica Bonestroo Photography offer full-service access to my client closet, which includes outfits at a variety of sizes and styles that look great on camera! Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes and features an online gallery of 20-30 high-resolution images delivered via digital download. Print release is provided.
