Since the Orange City Tulip Festival is this weekend I thought Emeri’s tulip inspired session just had to be shared! If you aren’t Dutch or from Northwest Iowa you may not have heard of the Tulip Festival. The festival is a three day annual event packed full of all things Dutch from food, costumes, singing, dancing, wooden shoes, and of course LOTS of tulips!
If you’ve never been its definitely something to see and the food is AMAZING. My personal favorites are the saucijsjes (pigs in the blanket) and poffertjes (mini dutch pancakes). You can check out all the details of the festival here.
Emeri was so good for me at her newborn session. She slept so good and I couldn’t get enough of her chunk!
Those back rolls though! Love them!
You may recognize her parents from their blizzard wedding just a year and half ago! (Check it out here.) It was great to have them in the studio again! Congratulations Austin and Ali, she is perfect!
