Austin and Allison // Northwest Iowa Wedding Photographer

I am more than a little late blogging this gorgeous day since it’s been a full year since Austin and Allison’s beautiful day. I thought it was fitting to blog their gorgeous winter wedding since Mother Nature decided to dump another blizzard on us today, one year later. Austin and Allison’s day was one to remember, complete with 18″ of fresh snow! They were such great troopers and still wanted to go outside for some photos and it was SO worth it, even if it meant Allison had to have her hair done twice! 😉 We may have needed all-wheel drive to get around the town of Rock Valley for their photos but they turned out breathtaking!

I absolutely loved all the details Allison picked, from the hints of gold and blush pinks to her classy Marilyn Monroe style dress and hair style. Everything pulled together so perfectly for a classy, modern winter wedding. Even with horrible road conditions and a 40 minute drive to the reception it was amazing to see all the people who love them making the trip to the Holiday Inn Event Center in Brandon, SD. Everyone seemed to forget all about the blizzard outside and enjoy the evening!
